This area in Western N.C. and North East Ga. is located close to hiking trails, whitewater rafting, pristine lakes, and a lot of good front porches for relaxing and taking in the views! Come and visit and you will come to stay! I came to visit here 29 years ago and I stayed! My husband and I raised four children here and loved the small town feel. We understand why the Today Show called Murphy a "Norman Rockwell" town. Yet we are within 2 hours of several major cities. When we go to Atlanta or Chattanooga for the day it is always nice to see our mountain ranges appear. God has blessed us with a great life here. We enjoy our front porch view and boating on the area lakes. I would be happy to share the area with you. Beware... if you come to visit you will want to stay!
